Ploughing and short ditch mounding were the ground preparation choices on this 150 ha woodland creation project. To allow successful line thinning in the future, single furrow ploughing was required. This time consuming process was simplified by adapting 2 single furrow plough bodies to be pulled together.

The project required 12000 m of upland deer fencing on steep ground in some difficult conditions.
